Introduction

The new employees are introduced to the training simulation. Learning how to move, interact and communicate as well as meet key members of staff such as the CEO, H&S Manager and HR

Execution

Trainees are requested to execute tasks with the final purpose being able to learn the processes within the business. 

Evaluation

The platform will provide a set of logs to evaluate the trainees activities. This information helps with tracking the learners progress and the knowledge transfer of the trainees.

 

 

 

 

Challenge

How can we onboard large staff numbers many of which don't speak english as a first language in an efficient and informative way?

We worked with the Fletchers group to create a staff on-boarding experience where new employees meet key staff from around the company and are introduced to their on-boarding requirements in an interactive, fun and engaging way

 

Using a VR system Brian Perry Civil are able to generate significant returns by removing risk, cost and delays from training staff while creating consistency in your training environment.

Impact

The BPC staff on-boarding VR has been deployed to 5 locations around New Zealand and provides Brian Perry Civil employees a fun, engaging and memorable on-boarding experience while enabling managers to track staff on-boarding data.

On-boarding which traditionally took 4 + hours is now completed virtually in under 30mins.
